Prebiotic homochirality. The origin of homochirality on on the prebiotic earth is unclear.  We study how differnces in chemical reactivity betweeen enantiomers are affected by H217O and pH. We use TD-1HNMR to measure proton exchange parameters between amino acids and solution.  We analyze the organization and interaction between two 3s-spinomers -14NH2 and H217O (Colaborators: Romulus I. Scorei and Vily M. Cimpoiasu, Univ. Craiova, Romania)

The effect of pH and H217O on the TD-1HNMR parameter Kexchange, showing enantio-differences between L- and D-asparagine.
